• Connection to an open network or Zoom whitelisted network. For information, click here
• DTEN ON 55” is powered on and connected to a stable network without a firewall (ethernet preferred)
• The update takes approximately 30-45 minutes; DTEN ON will automatically restart at the end
• Do not disconnect or power off during the update
