Release sequence:
- Immediately at GA: Available on Teams Admin Center.
- 2-3 Business Days After GA: Available on Orbit.
- 7-10 Business Days After GA: Available through Zoom Device Management and OOBE update for un-deployed devices.
- The DTEN device(s) should be powered on and connected to a stable and open or Zoom whitelisted network without a firewall (ethernet preferred). For information, click here
- The update will not start if the device is engaged in a meeting or calendar event

- Do not disconnect or power off during the update

- [Teams] In the Admin Device Setting, the ‘Change Service Provider’ title is corrected to ‘Debug.’
- Resolved the RTC issue that causes the device to be stuck at the DTEN logo when a new system starts or after selecting the time zone in the OOBE process.
Known Issues
- Zoom Security Timeout: If the DTEN Mate and DTEN Bar aren’t connected within 10 minutes, the Bar will disconnect. You’ll see a prompt on the Mate to reboot the Bar manually.
- Type-C Cable Unplugging Issue: Unplugging the Type-C cable in BYOD mode might cause the device to reboot.

DTEN Mate and Bar Disconnection: Try rebooting either device if the Mate and Bar become disconnected.
Quick Fix: Restart the Bar or Mate.
