Version 1.5.0 Update Requirements
- REQUIRED: Current software must be at least version 1.3.2; if not, contact support@dten.com
- Connection to an open network or Zoom whitelisted network. For information, click here
- DTEN D7 55” is powered on and connected to a stable network (ethernet preferred)
- The update takes approximately one hour; DTEN D7 will automatically restart at the end
Do not disconnect or power off during the update
New Features

- ePTZ* - Zoom and navigate the camera’s viewable area
- Zoom Rooms camera presets* with a built-in memory of favorite views
- Wide camera angle *
- Intelligent Zoom (Auto Framing) - frames participants in the room to achieve the optimal view
- Known Issue: Currently, the Intelligent Zoom setting in the Zoom Rooms menu on the D7 system does not switch this feature off. Please use the ZDM Zoom Rooms settings to enable or disable Intelligent Zoom for that specific D7 system. A fix for this will be available in the next firmware update. * This feature has hardware/ software version dependency.
Issues Resolved
- D7 version number is showing incorrectly on the device - Zoom Release dependency 4.7.0
- DTEN firmware upgrade button is sometimes not appearing on the Zoom Portal - Zoom Release dependency 4.7.0
- Other minor bug fixes
