When should I expect my order to arrive?

Once your order is placed. It takes 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

It takes 5 -10 business days for domestic shipment and for international 5-10 business days excluding the customs clearance process period/ port processing period.

 

What is the warranty?

There is a 1-year limited warranty. For additional information, please see our Warranty policy KB article  HERE.

 

Can I buy an extended warranty?

Yes, we have a 2-year plan and a 3-year plan. If you’d like to purchase an extended warranty, please contact sales for more information.

 

Is there a payment plan?

No, there is no payment plan.

How can I get an RMA processed?

Please submit a support ticket by following instruction at link HERE and our team will review and process your RMA. Please provide a video of the issue, the serial number of the affected unit.
