Release sequence:
- Orbit
- DTEN OOBE update / Zoom Device Management (ZDM) Portal
- Available on DTEN Orbit portal, then on Zoom portal approximately 5-7 days later
- The DTEN device(s) should be powered on and connected to a stable and open or Zoom whitelisted network without a firewall (ethernet preferred). For information, click here
- The update will not start if the device is engaged in a meeting or calendar event

The update takes approximately 30-45 minutes and will automatically restart
- Do not disconnect or power off during the update
New Feature
- Supports Smart Connect (BYOD mode) via HDMI+USB-A cable.
- Some laptops may not have a Thunderbolt USB-C port). With HDMI+USB-A connections, users can experience Smart Connect.

- Resolved the issue of no sound from the MIC during a meeting
- Resolved the buzzer noise on the MIC
- Resolved the issue of the privacy cover being closed while the camera is turned on in BYOD mode
- Resolved the issue where the Bar automatically switches to ZRC mode after connecting to a web authentication network and completing the authentication in Screen Mirroring mode
- Other minor bugs fix
Known Issues
- The device may show No Signal when it is at rest or when the HDMI cable is plugged or unplugged in (rare circumstances)
- Workaround: Rebooting the device can resolve this issue.
- The device may reboot when unplugging the Type-C cable in Smart Connect BYOD mode.
- Unable to connect to hidden WiFi on the OOBE stage
- Workaround: connect to a visible WiFi first. Users can choose the hidden WiFi later after the OOBE.
