Version 1.1.2 Update Requirements - ZRRelease Note

• Release sequence:
  • Orbit
  • DTEN OOBE update / Zoom Device Management (ZDM) Portal
• Available on DTEN Orbit portal, then on Zoom portal approximately 5-7 days later
• The DTEN device(s) should be powered on and connected to a stable and open or Zoom whitelisted network without a firewall (ethernet preferred). For information, click here
• The update will not start if the device is engaged in a meeting or calendar event
• The update takes approximately 30-45 minutes and will automatically restart
  • Do not disconnect or power off during the update

• The LED ring light is green when the Mic is unmuted. The LED ring light is red when the Mic is muted.
• The ZRC (Mate) supports the Mute/Unmute function in BYOD mode.

Known Issues

• In BYOD mode, the privacy cover may closed while the camera is turned on
• The keyboard on the remote control may freeze
• The air mouse remote control experiences occasional stuttering
• The remote control may not work when plugging the receiver into a USB 3.0 port
• Mate mistakenly shows updating when Bar is downloading the update
• After connecting to a web authentication network and completing the authentication in Screen Mirroring mode, the Bar automatically switches to ZRC mode.
