Overview

The Out-of-The-Box Experience (OOBE) of the DTEN Small Room Solution with DTEN Bar and DTEN Mate has been streamlined to provide customers with a simpler and faster setup experience.  The DTEN Bar Remote Controller accessory that is part of the DTEN Small Room Solution Kit is no longer required or necessary and will no longer be included in the DTEN Small Room Solution Kit.

Users can now complete all required setup and configuration with the DTEN Mate (WiFi or PoE).

Affected Product

• DTEN Small Room Solution Kit (DTEN Bar)
  • DTEN Bar Remote Controller (Bluetooth enabled handheld remote)  

Product Change

• DTEN Bar Remote Controller will no longer ship with the DTEN Small Room Solution kit. The rest of the DTEN Small Room Solution kit will remain the same as before.

Reason of Change

• The setup and configuration of the DTEN Small Room Solution kit is available through the DTEN Mate and will simplify the overall user experience.

Effective Date

• Product change will start in April 2024 
• Manufactured change will start in April 2024
• Existing DTEN Bar Remote Control Inventory and availability may vary
