Known Issues
Zoom Rooms on Android:
-
Relay Speaker
- The device may experience disconnection of the Relay Speaker after a power cycle or during prolonged meetings.
- Quick Fix: Power cycle the device or the Relay Speaker, or reinsert the wireless dongle.
-
MacBook Screen Sharing Black Screen in Zoom Rooms
- MacBook users may encounter a black screen when sharing content via a Type-C USB cable in a Zoom meeting. This issue is more likely to occur if the MacBook enters sleep mode during the session.
- Quick Fix: Update the MacBook operating system to the latest available version. If an update does not resolve this issue, adjust the MacBook's sleep settings.
-
System Freezes
- The entire system freezes after the device exits a meeting, though this occurs with an extremely low probability.
- Quick Fix: Power cycle the device.
