Do you need an antivirus program on the DTEN D7 device?

This is up to the customer.  Usually, our customers have their own security protocols.  If you do choose to install the antivirus program, please make sure you whitelist anything that comes with the DTEN native system.

Once you installed the antivirus program, you may also send it to DTEN Support the D7 DTEN ID number for us to check if the system is working properly.
